Biography
Vickie is the Associate Director for Clinical Research Data Integrity in the Office for Clinical Research (OCR). She joined OCR in 2006 after being a Research Coordinator with the Department of Surgery. She leads a team of five who are focused and motivated.
Vickie is responsible for activating all studies in ERMS, as well as study closure in ERMS. Her team sets the on and off study flagging for all subjects on clinical trials, including uploading the Informed Consent Document into the subject MRN. The Data Integrity Team supports billing compliance and patient safety at Emory Healthcare. In 2020, she worked with data on over 5,000 clinical trials and 110,000 enrolled subjects. Vickie has been with Emory University including Emory Healthcare for over 23 years. She is a member of and certified in professional organizations including Health Research Compliance (CHRC), and a Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC).

Biography
Tiffany joined the Office for Clinical Research (OCR) in 2018 as a Data Information Specialist with the Data Integrity Team. She is responsible for activating studies in POM (Power Trials). Prior to joining Emory, Tiffany worked at Roadrunner Transportation Company as a Data Analyst. Tiffany earned an Associate of Applied Science degree from High-Tech Institute in 2003. She is working on her bachelor's degree in Public Health.

Biography
Natasha is a Data Information Specialist for the Office of Clinical Research (OCR). She is responsible for all study closures in ERMS and the PowerTrials database, confirming that all subjects are off study, and maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the databases and protected patient information. Natasha is also responsible for all follow-up related to Informed Consent documents received by OCR. She has been with Emory University and Healthcare for over thirteen years. Natasha is a Registered Medical Assistant which has contributed to her gaining an extensive amount of clinical experience.

Biography
Bebe, Senior Program Coordinator at Emory for the Office for Clinical Research (OCR). Bebe executes the Activation of Studies in ERMS upon a receipt of a fully executed contract or a Notice of Award. This includes transferring study level documents in PowerTrials, e.g. PRAs, IDS Drug Data Sheets and Clinical Research Key Points. Prior to joining Emory, she held her Georgia Real Estate License and was employed at one of the most prestigious law firms in Atlanta for over 12 years, bringing a wide range of experience in corporate litigation, wrongful death, and employment litigation.
Bebe received her Associate of Science in Business Administration from Atlanta Metropolitan State University and she also earned her Paralegal Certificate from Atlanta Area Technical College. She continued her education at Clark Atlanta University in Accounting.

Biography
Shaterria is a Clinical Research Finance Manager for the Office of Clinical Research. She is responsible for invoicing sponsors and maintaining financial transactions and records for several study teams . She has been with Emory University and Healthcare for a combination of ten plus years and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health. Prior to joining Emory, Shaterria worked at Grady Hospital in the outpatient Hematology and Oncology clinic as a Registered Medical Assistant as well as Life South Community Blood Center, which both contributed to her gaining an extensive amount of clinical experience.

Arlinda Rafe has been with Emory University for a combination of 7 years. Started in the Human Resource department, to the Benefits Department but just rejoined Emory University -OCR: Data Integrity team in August 2022 temp to permanent.

Biography
Andrea is a Data Information Specialist for the Office for Clinical Research. She is responsible for flagging all subjects in PowerChart that are entered into ERMS. Her priority is to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of patient safety. Prior to joining OCR, she worked at Emory Winship and Emory St. Joseph. Andrea is a certified Phlebotomist. Before relocating to Georgia and transitioning to healthcare, she attended the Paralegal Institute and worked at various New York Law firms.
